The Challenge

Most mobile document scanning apps either slap a watermark on every scan, produce low-quality output, or bury useful features behind paywalls. Everyday users, scanning receipts, invoices, contracts, or important documents, deserved a fast, intelligent, and completely free scanning experience that produced results they could actually use professionally.

The Solution

DocScan transforms any Android phone into an intelligent, professional-grade document scanner, delivering sharp, clean, watermark-free scans with smart detection, automatic enhancement, and instant PDF generation in just a few taps.

As the Android developer, I built DocScan from the ground up, handling the full image processing pipeline, smart detection logic, and PDF generation and sharing workflows.
