The Challenge

Finding the right lawyer in the US is overwhelming, fragmented directories, unclear specializations, and no easy way to book consultations make legal help feel inaccessible for everyday people. Got.Law was built to change that, making legal services as easy to access as any other on-demand platform

The Solution

Got.Law is a legal services marketplace connecting people across the US with the right lawyer for their specific legal need, from estate planning and immigration to criminal defense and personal injury. With a database of 1,000,000+ lawyers, integrated scheduling, and multiple consultation modes, Got.Law removes every barrier between a person and the legal help they need.

As Technical Project Manager, I led cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, and product to drive the platform's development and delivery.

My Role

Project Management: Owned the end-to-end delivery roadmap, keeping engineering, design, and stakeholder teams aligned and moving through every phase of development

Requirement Translation: Bridged business goals and technical execution, turning complex legal marketplace requirements into clear, actionable engineering tasks

Stakeholder Communication: Maintained transparent, regular communication with clients and internal teams, managing scope, timelines, and delivery expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Quality Assurance: Ensured all platform features met contracted requirements and quality standards before release
